Meridian Landmarks: Gallbladder 21

Location:On the top of the back exactly in the middle of the line between the spinous processes of the neck and the withers.
Symptoms:neck lock, frozen shoulder, pain or movement restriction in the trapezius and the wider area of the scapula, stress due to increased responsibilities.

The use of the point therefore relieves and discharges all the aforementioned areas.
Contraindications:it is strictly contraindicated to use the point during pregnancy as it moves the energy dynamically downwards and may induce labour
Five Transformations:Energy of Wood
